ACASA Annual General Meeting – Invitation to Members

Members of the Armenian Cultural Association of South Australia are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting.

Date: Saturday, 14 March
Time: 4.30 pm (venue open from 4.00 pm)
Location: MCCSA, 113 Gilbert Street, Adelaide

All committee positions will become vacant at the AGM and a new committee will be elected. Members are encouraged to consider joining the committee. No prior experience is required. A willingness to contribute and work with others is enough.

Positions open for nomination:
President
Secretary
Treasurer
Four ordinary committee members

Nominations close on Saturday, 7 March at 4.30 pm.

Only financial members can vote at the AGM. Please make sure your membership is current before the meeting.

A short summary of activities and the financial report will be presented.

Members are welcome to bring a plate of food or a drink to share after the formal part of the meeting.
